Our true inspiration to Travel, create a travel blog and help others in our own little way to achieve their travel dreams came from watching these awe-inspiring tales from these legendary travelers. We hope these travel videos inspire you as well to start packing for your long awaited adventure.
I watched this below video, got inspired and started TravelbugDiary on the same day.
We call this home: 3 years around the world
Walter Chang saved money for 2.5 yrs and travelled to 60 countries in 3 years. This is what he had to say ” In 2011 I quit my job after saving up and started to travel around the world. I trekked amazing landscapes, checked off the bucket list, hitchhiked, slept anywhere I could, and made countless friends. These are my memories.”
Around the world in 360 degrees
Alex Chacon is the creator of this video which received the award for “Most Epic Selfie of 2014”, he says “I graduated college, sold everything I had, and rode a motorcycle around the world across 41 countries, and 300,000+ KM in 650 days.”
The Longest way 1.0 – walk through China
In 2008 Christoph Rehage, walked through China for 1 year over 4500 kms. He let his hair and beard grow, shot a small time lapse video each day of himself. This golden words – “Remember: life is not so much about going to strange places and taking photos of oneself (duh), but more about keeping an open mind, no matter if you’re on the road or not.”
Time Is Nothing – Around The World In 343 Days
Everybody loves a great time lapse video but how about one from 17 Countries over 343 Days and using 6237 Photographs created by Kien Lam
Thanks for watching and I hope this inspires you the same way it did for me.
